IBM has recently released new set of SSL certificates that do not expire until 2026. These certificates can be downloaded through this Link.

According to the technote, these certificates can be applied to ALL versions of TM1 (i.e. 9.5.x, 10.1.x, 10.2.x). Please follow this Link for the instructions on how to apply these certificates on your version of TM1:

We are currently in the process of testing these certificates on all versions of TM1 to validate IBM’s suggestions. All of our testings so far on TM1 version 9.5.x, 10.2.x, Cognos BI have been successful. We will continue to update this post with any new findings.

Please be advised that the above fix does NOT cover CDM, this is still being worked on by IBM. In addition, IBM is still working on the instructions on how to apply these certificates over Cognos Express.

Please also note that this is a “manual fix approach” to apply these certificates, and NOT the “updaters” that have been mentioned in the previous posts. These “updaters” are still yet to be released. At the time of writing, IBM has not confirmed a date on when these would be made available.
