ElIsPar(TM1ServerName:Dimension, ParentElement, ChildElement)
- TM1ServerName = Name of the TM1 Server
- Dimension = Name of the Dimension
- ParentElement = Parent element of the child element to be queried
- ChildElement = Element to be queried of its weighting
