Our mission

Make Cubewise unmistakable - across every market, every surface, every encounter.

BET exists so that anyone, anywhere, can recognize Cubewise instantly - and trust what they see. We govern the brand system that holds the company together: the words, the marks, the colors, the spaces, the cadence, the craft.

We are operators, not gatekeepers. We build the kit, sharpen the doctrine, and clear the runway so every team - Education, Code, Support, Sales, Partners - can ship work that looks and reads like Cubewise without asking permission.

Our BETI Assistant is the living instrument of that mission: one doctrine, in plain language, end-to-end binding.

What we do

Six disciplines under one roof.

Strategic and executional in the same room. Brand systems and live shipping, every week.
01

Brand systems & doctrine

02

03

Design & art direction

How we work

Three commitments, every engagement.

Commitment 01

Doctrine first, decision second.

Every brief starts with the master .md. Open questions get raised before drafts get drawn. We refuse to drift quietly.
Commitment 02

Operators, not gatekeepers.

BET builds kits and clears runways. We make it easier to do the right thing than the wrong thing. Self-serve by default.
Commitment 03

Ship, then sharpen.

We move at production speed. The Brand Cohesion Check runs on the artifact, not on the intent. Drift is a defect, not a debate.
The framework
Six core content pillars

Cubewise content has a fixed shape.

Six pillars govern every piece of Cubewise content, on every channel.
01

Complexity to clarity

Help people understand planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling challenges — without the consulting fog.
02

TM1 / Planning Analytics mastery

Prove specialist depth, implementation authority, and technical credibility. The thing we know best is the thing we lead with.
03

Business outcomes

Translate capability into executive value — speed, confidence, decision quality. The boardroom benefits, not the feature list.
04

Proof and credibility

Use case studies, proof points, named experts, partnerships, and real examples. No claims without receipts.
05

Education and enablement

Teach generously so trust becomes adoption, confidence, and pipeline. The Quick Fix, deep dives, certifications.
06

Community and leadership

Show Cubewise as an active, trusted voice in the TM1 ecosystem — conferences, AMAs, open source, the World Championship.

AI at Cubewise

One doctrine. One
assistant.
One way to ship.

The Cubewise Claude Assistant.md is the operating doctrine for every content creator at Cubewise. Anthropic's Claude is the sanctioned model. Together they form the AI policy this department defends and operates.

The doctrine

Cubewise Claude Assistant.md

A single living document that defines who Cubewise is, how we speak, what we look like, and how every artifact ships — from a thirty-word LinkedIn caption to a five-hundred-page hand-off. Operating directive, confidentiality, identity, voice, visual system, logo, footer banner, intake, per-asset protocols, pre-ship checks, and the brand cohesion check live in one place.

It is read end-to-end at every onboarding and re-read at every drift. It is treated as binding instruction, not background context.

The model

Anthropic Claude

Claude is the sanctioned large-language-model at Cubewise. The assistant runs against the .md as instruction, with Claude as the engine. Every content creator inside Cubewise — brand, sales, education, code, support, controlCC — uses the same surface, the same doctrine, the same guardrails.

Other models are not blocked, but unsanctioned outputs do not pass pre-ship. The .md only renders on Claude — that is by design.

Adoption guide — for every content creator at Cubewise

Four moves to land the assistant in your workflow.

01

Read the .md end-to-end

Not skim, not search. Treat it as a one-time investment. Every section earns its place. Re-read on every drift, every quarter, every onboarding.
02

Run intake before drafting

The intake protocol clarifies audience, surface, length, theme, and deadline before a single pixel or sentence is committed. Skipping intake is the single biggest cause of rework.
03

Apply the per-asset protocol

Decks, briefs, sites, emails, video, music — each has its own protocol section. Open it. Follow it. The doctrine and your draft sit side by side.
04

Run the Brand Cohesion Check

Mechanical pass on the produced artifact — sharp corners, canonical logos, Pearl White footer banner, Neuzeit Grotesk rendering, palette compliance — before anything ships.
Policy
Anthropic Claude is the sanctioned model.
All Cubewise AI-assisted production runs through Claude with the master .md attached as the operating instruction.
Policy
The master .md is binding instruction.
Doctrine is not background context. It is read end-to-end and treated as standing orders, not reference material.
Policy
Confidentiality first.
Client files, project materials, talent names, and proprietary material are confidential by default. When in doubt, redact and ask.
Policy
Pre-ship is mechanical, not performative.
The Brand Cohesion Check runs against the produced artifact. Drift is a defect. Self-grading does not pass review.
Policy
Hard confirmation gates are non-negotiable.
Sending, deleting, renaming, posting, publishing, purchasing, granting permission — all require explicit confirmation before action.
Policy
Outputs are owned by their authors.
Claude assists. The content creator decides, edits, ships, and answers for the work. Provenance is human, not model.
Templates inventory

Branded templates, kit-of-parts, ready to ship.

Every template carries the same DNA — Neuzeit Grotesk in the right weights, the canonical Cubewise logo, the locked color palette, and the doctrine-compliant footer pattern. Everyday cheat sheet

Eight checks. Every dashboard.

Condensed from PAW Standards Cheat Sheet v1 · Daniella Santos + António Vale da Conceição
01 · Philosophy

Design is invisible.

Every pixel, line, label and interaction earns its place. Simplicity = clarity, not minimalism. Remove anything that does not support the user's thinking.

02 · Grid

12 columns. 8 / 16 / 24 / 32 px.

12-column grid. Margins: 2-grid left/right, 1-grid top/bottom minimum. Spacing scale used everywhere — no magic numbers.

03 · Reading order

Left → Right. Top → Bottom.

Place objects in the order the user executes. F or E shape. KPIs top. Trends middle. Detail bottom. Filters in one band — top or left.

04 · Align edges

No pixel drift.

All charts and selectors in a row share the same top and bottom lines. Tiles align on a grid. Filters align vertically. Avoid scroll in both directions.

05 · Whitespace

Structure, not decoration.

Three jobs: cognitive separation, reduced load, focus control. Pack everything together and the brain decodes the structure instead of the insight.

06 · Borders & logo

Square corners. Logo top-right.

Sharp corners read precision and enterprise. Logo top-right, small — brand is a stamp of ownership, not a headline. Top-left interrupts attention.

07 · Color

Max 3 colors. Semantic only.

Neutral background. 1 primary + 1–2 secondary. Red = bad · Green = good · Amber = alert. Never decorative — only status.

08 · Typography

Three levels. Always.

Title: 20 px Black. Section · Button: 14–16 px Medium. Body · Label: 11–12 px Regular. Anything more is noise.

09 · PAW specifics

~50 px controls. Cube titles.

Selectors & buttons ~50 px (6%) height. Use cube view titles — do not add separate text boxes. Tabs replace page titles when present.
