Metadata Log file and cache file 'TM1rawstore'

Issue: TM1 9.4 supports meta data logging, which is the logging of structural changes to dimensions. This is enabled by setting the AuditLogOn parameter to True in the tm1s.cfg file. When metadata logging is turned on for a TM1 database a temporary file will be created in the TM1 database directory to cache the log entries between periodic updates of the metadata log file. The cache file is called TM1rawstore.yyyymmddmmss. This file is kept open by TM1 so any attempts to copy the entire data directory may fail due to the TM1 server holding a file lock on the raw store file (similar to active tm1s.log files which are kept in the TM1 log file directory). This may mean that some existing backup or copy processes may have issues unless the raw store file is excluded or the TM1 server is stopped prior to the action being performed.

Resolution: depends on the clients backup and prod to dev file copy process.
