We have an "Experts only" philosophy. We only bring in experts to our company with a solid background in either the technology, business problem solving and in most cases our people already have great experience in both.

We believe that an "Experts Only" approach is the only way to effectively deliver on the promise of Business Performance Management. Business Performance Management systems cannot be delivered by junior consultants coding offsite away from the client (and their problems). We take a very engaging, hands-on, "mentoring and coaching" approach to our consulting engagements, listening to our clients and creating the solution with them, rather than dictating the solution. No two BPM systems are the same and that is why the value of an expert consultant should never be underestimated.

Mentoring and Coaching

In the best case scenario under the "Mentoring and Coaching" approach, our clients do most of the development of the BPM models themselves, while Cubewise provides Best Practice principle experience and guidance. In this way, our clients can own and further maintain their own BPM models without a reliance on us for ongoing maintenance. Client self-sufficiency is key KPI for our consulting approach. A client that is totally dependent on Cubewise after an implementation is a failed implementation by our standards.
